Pricing

Our prices are quoted in Philippine Peso.

For international orders, US Dollar price conversion plus applicable shipping charge maybe requested. Minimum order requirement is US$500, exclusive of shipping charge. Please send order list to fragrancefactory@chemworld.ph.

Payments

We accept online payment by Visa or MasterCard credit card.

We also accept online and offline payment using your ATM account with either Megalink or BancNet.

We also accept payment for offline transactions by direct bank remittance.

Please send email to fragrancefactory@chemworld.ph for offline transactions indicating order list and shipping address. We will email you back with an e-invoice with payment instructions.

Other Charges

International orders are subject to additional courier charges, computation of which will be based on weight and volume of package, and destination. Customs duty, value added tax or sales tax may be levied by the country of destination. These charges are not included in the product price and are for the account of buyer.

Shipping

Philippine Orders

We offer FREE DELIVERY for Philippine orders over P10,000. Orders less than P10,000 but over P2,000 will be charged a flat rate of P400. Because of high cost of packing and shipping, we regret that we cannot deliver orders below P2,000.

Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours upon confirmation of receipt of payment. We ship through our courier partners, with delivery lead time of from 2 to 7 days depending on your location. Delivery lead time within Metro Manila is 2 to 3 days.

We reserve the right to designate pick up point for certain Philippine deliveries, especially for out of town addresses.

International Orders

We can only accept international orders over US$500 FOB Manila because of high cost of packing and shipping. Aside from the product price, there will be a separate courier charge based on package weight and volume, and destination.

Due to airline restrictions, we cannot deliver alcohol and alcohol-based products. In such situations, use of vodka as substitute for perfume grade alcohol is the preferred alternative. Instructions on how to use vodka in perfumery or how to formulate oil-based perfumes are available upon request.

We ship through our courier partners with orders received usually within 7 - 14 days WORLDWIDE upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Our couriers are presently unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Replacements, Returns and Refunds

Chemworld guarantees that shipped orders meet standard specifications and will replace substandard or damaged items upon presentation within 7 days from receipt of shipment of satisfactory proof by customer . If defective items have value below 10% of total package, replacement will be made with the next package of customer. Complaints after the 7-day period will not be entertained.

Return of orders of unopened package, in whole or in part, maybe allowed within 7 days from receipt of shipment. This is subject to prior payment by customer of actual shipping charges incurred by Chemworld plus 20% for packing cost. Determination of actual shipping charges will be based on courier billing to Chemworld for subject shipment. Return shipping charges will be for the account of customer.

Refund of payment will be made within 7 days after returned package is received by Chemworld. If in the sole finding of Chemworld there is discrepancy in quality or quantity of the content of returned package, this will be properly communicated to the customer for application against the amount to be refunded.
